Bug 2373774571 - Spell Totem

By all accounts I should be able to place 1 spell totem - I can place 0. No idea why. Playing on Xbox Series X. The icon appears to be 'darkened on the 'hotbar' - but no reason why. Really frustrating - the gem might be bugged for Console?.
