Teleports to Campaign Acts Aren't Working

I have a druid from the previous season who has been transferred to Standard League.

The problem is that when I access the map artifact and try to teleport to any of the campaign acts, it simply doesn't work when I click. Similarly, I can't travel to Trial of the Sekkemas or the Temple of Chaos for the Ascendancy Trials.

What's going on? Thanks.
