Gorian,The Moving Earth unkillable/does not move anymore

Fighting the boss and threw down a Bell the second he tried to burrow underground you can see his body that dug down once then his head came back up and he became invulnerable / frozen and is unkillable.

Logging out and respawning in Hideout seemed to have fixed it, atleast he was active after getting back into the arena, took no dmg but did an attack and then him and his tail suddenly became active again and killed me not sure if he actually took dmg after the tail became active aswell couldnt dodge fast enough before i died,so i had to fight him from 100% again after.
