Deadlock detected - Can't login to PoE2 anymore!!

I was blasting through interludes when I exited the game (normally via menu). After that, I just can't login anymore. When pressing the main LOGIN button the game get stuck and after a while a Deadlock detected exception pops up.

I tried to verify steam installation but with no success.

EDIT: I am not using any BUILD files nor Item filters atm

EDIT 2: Ok, after restarting my PC I can login again. Wanted to delete this post but I can't find a way to do it :)
