Bugged Quest State
  Nothing to interact with, cant continue the quest line. please fix this. this is one of the issues that reloading the area does nothing to fix. so this seems to be an extremely common issue among players on their second character. it is increasingly obvious that GGG only tests content once, this would have been a pretty obvious bug they could have had fixed before launch, if they just tested content on a second character after completing it on the first character.
