The manor ramparts crashing game, stuck in loop - !

Hey.
So after defeating the boss and trying to portal up to the manor ramparts the game crashes.
I´ve tried literally everything to fix the issues, even changed my GPU.

Deleted cache, reversing GPU drivers, changed graphic settings, swapped directx12 to vulkan and directx11, verified integrity of game files and the list goes on. NOTHING will work.
I can spawn my character to town, replay all the way up and finish the boss before heading up to manor ramparts, but going through the "portal" to manor ramparts just breaks the game and i get stuck in a loop when connecting again....

Hours has been spent on trying to get to play the game, i will soon see no point in wasting my time if i do not get help with this.
