Delirium Ailment Threshold

Hey there,
I'm playing a build that relies on Cast on Elemental Ailment and noticed that Delirium adds extremely high ailment threshold to mobs. I'm just wondering if this is intended or not. A few of us feel like it might be bugged however we aren't sure if its intended for ailment based builds to not be able to do deli properly
