Missing Quest Item: Origin Spark - Unable to Progress

Hello Support Team,

I am writing to report a bug regarding a missing quest item that has completely blocked my game progression.

The quest item "Origin Spark" is currently missing from my inventory. I successfully defeated the two required bosses, but somehow I only received one of the quest items. I suspect I might have accidentally dropped it or it didn't register properly.

I have already tried talking to NPCs like Doryani to recover the item, but there is no option to get it back. Because this is a critical quest item, I am now completely stuck and unable to progress in the game.

Could you please help me check my account and restore the missing "Origin Spark" to my character?

I'm having the same issue but it ate both of my items. I now have the zones complete to get the spark and cradle but have neither and cannot fight the boss... HELP!
