Arbiter of Divinity Gone Completely (Inaccessible)

I was in a middle of a fight with arbiter of divinity second time and then game prompted the connection to server lost and i automatically log out. When i came back there was no arbiter fight and no sparks or cores etc... There is no matriarch maps in the endgame too. Now what am i suppose to do start the campaign for the 15th time

I closed the game completely and reopened then look all of the relevant areas, nothing.
