Locked out of arbiter progression bug

i had a friend help me kill quest arbiter of ash, he finished the encounter but i died and after respawning i couldn't rejoin the instance so the gates towards the arbiter of divinity never opened for me. the quest keys are gone and i cannot get them again (on my own atlas the map is completed and i tried in someone else's map but it didn't drop for me).

i tried going to a friend's arbiter and the quest progressed for him but not for me.

i tried buying the fragments, only the 2 that were not already in the wall and it let me start the fight, i beat him, i went upstairs and talked to doriany, did the whole cutscene but when i try opening a map after the gate it says that i need to complete the burning monolith quest.


it seems that i am completely blocked out of progression. what can i do ?

I have similar, any fix? I entered arbiter and paused to go to toilet. When I came back it seems I got kicked out, I logged in and I can not spawn arbiter, keys are gone with this item to spawn him, and I don’t see any halls on map and I went through a lot in atlas.

Any fix?
