The Raven's Flock Unique Staff BUGGED

The RF portion of the skill does not currently scale with gem levels and also doesn't count as in your presence.

The gem levels makes the unique basically useless, but them not being counted as in your presence whilst literally circling you is just icing on the crap cake.
