Legacy of the Precursors "The Origin Tower Bug? "

Hello,
A friend and myself both recently completed The Origin Tower fight and upon completion .....








*Spoiler alert*




After the boss fight, We were given the choice to click/choose a pilar to then receive Atlas Skill Tree points at some Precursor Towers at each Cardinal Points. My friend got the points no problem after clicking a pillar then choosing which "Cardinal point" to click a second time.

I on the other hand, clicked one of the Cardinal point Pillar on top of The Origin Tower but did not click a 2nd time to get Atlas Skill Tree Points. I am now unable to "Access" the pillars which gave me an option to get points/unlock some maps on the World Map. I tried going back to the Patriarch and Matriarch Halls to get both of the required items to "reactivate"" the tower but with no avail, I just can't redo those 2 maps. BUT the quest did show completed so "Legacy Of the Precursors" is completed but without its rewards so to say.

Is there a way to get the 2 "green" items back from The Matriarch Halls and Patriarch Halls to redo The Origin Tower boss? Am I bugged with no hope of getting those "lost" Atlas Skill points?

And yes, I've talked to every possible NPCs in my hideout & The Ziggurat Refuge to see if any would give me the 2 items back for The Origin Tower boss fight.
