SOFT LOCKED in Akthi & Anundr Great Beast boss fight

I am completely stuck in this fight. Softlocked.
The worm died and the scorpion got stuck in one of his body parts portruding from the ground. It won't move, but it occasionally attacks. The attacks however do no damage. I can not teleport out in any way, portals are disabled. I have tried logging out, exiting the game etc, swapping to a different character and back. It just spawns me in the same state when I log in. Respawning at checkpoint is not available in the ESC menu. The boss is the last one in the Great Beasts Atlas Master quest line for me.
