Unable to Complete Maps After Dying

1. Get to map boss and die
2. Respawn at boss checkpoint
3. Kill boss
4. Shows that League mechanic in area still needs to be completed and all the enemies have despawned and the map shows unexplored, but the checkpoints are still there.

Pretty much bricks my run and have to reload another map and not die at the boss.
