Minion reservation efficiency node not working as stated.

So playing Oracle druid.

Picked up Entwined realities (oracle ascendancy), Lord of the Wilds (keynode) and Self Sacrificing (notable close to Lord of the Wilds). Have nothing else which affects reservation costs for spirit.

Base spirit = 100
Scepter = 121

Max without scepter = 50
Max with scepter equipped = 111

I remove Self Sacrificing and reserve 90 spirit spirit by using the following 2 things: Wolf pack (cost 60 spirit) and Verisium Manifestations (cost 30 spirit). I now have 21/111 reserved (so costing 90 spirit total, so far so good).

I assign the Self Sacrificing notable. I go to 26/111 spirit reserved aka the cost that was previously 90 goes to 85. Not so good. Expected value with 40% efficiency is 90/1.4 = 64.2857...

So I get 5 spirit instead of the expected 25.7142...

Now if this is in part due to Lord of the Wilds halfing in some way before/after the costs are calculated (which it shouldn't, it's multiplicative) the expected value could be halved as well so 12.8571... instead of the current 5.

The strangeness doesn't end there though. I walk into my portal and zone, now my costs changed to 36/111 changing the total cost to 75 which is still incorrect, but at least moving in the right direction.
