Trial of Chaos - Vaal Soul Core Failure

I ran into a bug where if you have the petrification statues as a negative effect they can spawn and block you from being able to pull a lever to bring one of the platforms back down. I could not progress the soul core trial because i accidentally stepped off of the platform to the last core and I could not pull the lever because the petrification statue was blocking my character model from pulling the lever.
