Runeseeker questline seems to be bugged

I have completed all the quests from the questline (act 1-4) and it doesnt appear at all at the top right. But I still cant craft unique weapons on the verisium anvil.... Says "Crafting knowledge not yet acquired" but I can craft on armours? Need help asap pls
