The Origin Tower Instance Crash and rollback. Failed to load map data

I acquired the Origin Cradle and Origin Spark from trade (I have already done the quest version), entered Origin Tower, exchanged the items for the Origin Core, put in the Origin Core and fought the boss. After the boss died, while looting, I noticed something along the lines of "Failed to load map data" in the chat. Shortly after, I got disconnected.
Logging back in rolled back my loot and the completion of the encounter, and the entry fragments are also gone.

I'm too afraid to try again, since the fragments are very expensive... I hope this issue gets fixed quickly.
