Crashing

8 out of 10 times I travel from the main encampment in act 3 to any other zone I automatically get kicked to the Xbox home screen. And lose all zone progress. I can't make trades or play longer than 10 minutes. It takes me almost two hours to level 1 time because of this issue. I have lowered all graphics and hard restart my Xbox many times and deleted things off my hard drive to maybe make more room in the cache. Please help me out here I just wanna play. I know it's early access but I've never had this problem till the 0.5 release. Thank you
