Request to fix the bug

I've been playing in the new 0.5 league since launch, and like everyone else, I unlocked Atlas passive points after reaching the endgame.

I really enjoy Path of Exile 2, but after allocating a keystone passive in the Atlas tree, a bug appeared that completely blocked my progression. I am unable to refund any Atlas passive points or allocate new ones. Even though I have unspent Atlas points available, I cannot assign them, which is severely impacting my endgame progression.

All I am asking for is for the Atlas passive points already allocated on my account to be reset so that I can allocate them normally again.

Please do not ignore this request. I understand how game support systems often work, but I do not want to stop playing Path of Exile 2 because of such a frustrating bug.
