Lost keys after crash during pinnacle boss fight

I was facing the new pinnacle boss and died. After that, my game froze and I was sent back to the login screen. When I logged in again, I had lost my keys. The game also said I couldn’t enter a map where I had already died. Because of this, I can no longer progress in the quest. This situation is very frustrating.

Steps to Reproduce:

Enter pinnacle boss fight.

Die during the encounter.

Game freezes and forces logout.

Log back in.

Keys are missing and map cannot be re-entered.

Expected Result:
Keys should remain available after a crash, and the quest should still be accessible.

Actual Result:
Keys are lost, and the quest cannot be continued.
