Phantom Atlas Point that cant be allocated or removed.

I have 1 phantom Atlas point that cant be allocated or removed I got it by killing a boss outside the fortress on my way to a delirium quest starter area on atlas. I had the boss encounter tablet on.

I tried reloging clearing cache switching to other character etc even waited few hours after i logged out its still there and I can allocate it or remove it.

nvm its was a delirium point. Thouse should have diferent icons as its very confusing now if you dont know. Only found out about it by reading dozens of bug reports about this.
