Persistent buff (Archmage) from new Absent amulet doesn't respect weapon swap settings.

Archmage gained from the absent amulet is active permanently on and ignores its weapon swap settings. Using the check boxes (which are visible) to turn it off in 1 or both weapon set doesn't do anything.
- This behavior doesn't change if given a spirit cost by adding supports.
- It does turn of if its cost is made larger then the total available spirit.
Other buffs/auras from it probably have the same issue i don't have any of those amulets to test this.
