Runeseeker Act 3

Like many others, I've got this quest bugged. The sign isn't clickable, and it's impossible to progress through the quest, which means it's impossible to reach the endgame. The first character interacted with it normally, but the following characters got stuck at this point. It's terrible, and the latest hotfix didn't fix anything at all
