Locked out of first arbiter of Divinity.

A few hours ago i joined a friend in his quest version of arbiter of divinity. He beat it and cleared part of his atlas citadel. Then i got to mine. it seemed stronger a bit and after my friend left i tried to reopen it to scale it to solo. No more boss no more fragments. I think it counted the quest as completed when i was in my friends map and then when i did mine it was a upgraded verion of it. and even though I used the quest fragments it ate them up. Is Anyone in support able to help me? or should i post somewhere else? Thanks
