After HC on Soft Core

After i die on HC (on maps) and i got all runkeeper quest is complite, i got probletm - on softcore runes not opened. In act 2 i can just use runbook in quest location, but in act 4 and act 3 we need to wait Farrow to he`s take book and shot it us. So bcz quest is allrdy done hes dont doo it again and i cant recive all receps.
