Game freezing and going to cogs for 10 seconds

Hi,

I think this is an issue with my PC more than the patch but its very frustrating. I've tried to regedits etc to no avail.

I could be doing any maps and all of a sudden my game will freeze for 10 seconds, the cogs will appear then the game resumes. It happens about 5-10 times an hour.

Is there a fix for this in my settings?
