Bannerman notable bug

I am playing in a duo with my brother. He is playing a banner support. I anointed the notable, bannerman, but the effects of his banners are not lingering on me for 2 seconds; they are only lingering on him. The wording of the notable makes it seem like the interaction should work for all players affected by the banner. Please look into this.
