Adding 3rd ascendancy points in tree locks abilities

Completed trail of Sekhemas for 3rd ascendancy points on 6/02/26. After leaving the trail - with new points added in tree, my character's abilities were greyed out and not usable. If I remove all the lich ascendancy points my abilities return to playable. But once I add the 6 ascendancy points back into the tree and confirm, the abilities are not usable again.

I trouble-shooted removing the gems, I bought a new ring to increase str above the 62 min requirement and nothing changed. Only after removing the ascendancy points I can see my abilities in the UI turn back on to be usable again.
