Summoning circles not appearing in "Map Content" list until interacted with

Summoning circles do not appear in the "map content" list until you interact with them. The first click adds them to the list.

There are several threads about them not appearing in maps at all, this may be contributing to those reports. They have been appearing for me just fine w/ atlas investment, you just have to notice them without checking the list.

Also, already reported but the summoning circles that are runes in the ground are bugged: you can't ever click the final rune as far as I can tell.
