Problems of the Omen of Whittling

There's a problem with the Omen of Whittling. My original necklace was equipped with T2 , and the Perfect Wealth Stone rolled T3 Agility. Then, using the Omen of Whittling and Perfect Chaos Stone, I attempted to remove the T3 Agility. However, it ended up cutting off my T2 45 Essence Soul, which clearly doesn't align with the description of the Omen of Whittling
