Unable to get skill points from Act 3 boss | Bug ID: #191121246

Hello,

Im a level 92 monk, and i just found out i missed skillpoints on Blackjaw, The Remnant in act 3, so i went back and killed him, but nothing happened. Then i killed him again, and once more, nothing happened.
