Keepers of the Flame quest progression blocked

Hello

I encountered a bug with the Keepers of the Flame quest in The Origin Tower.

I already had the required quest items in my inventory and joined a friend's instance to complete the encounter. During the boss fight, I died, but my friend stayed alive and killed the boss shortly after.

Since then, my quest progression appears to be stuck. When I go to my own instance of The Origin Tower, I cannot place/use the quest items and the interaction required to continue the quest does not appear. The boss encounter cannot be started again, and I am unable to progress the quest.
