Stuck in Twisted Domain help

Hello,
tonight something unfortunate happened. I killed Xesht at the end of the breach series of quests and died to one of his big arm attacks as he died.

This seems to have bugged the instance dramatically. I didn't get any loot and I cannot interact with checkpoins or town portals I create. My character is just stuck in the Twisted Domain.

Please help.

After waiting for about half an hour the map instance closed down and I am back in my hideout. Still leaving the thread up so the bug instance is signaled.
