Tomb of the fallen knight exit didn't spawn

I went into the tomb after doing an expedition mech, clicked the stone, killed the knight, and now the rest of my map is softlocked because im stuck in this hole. The exit has a title bar insinuating that i should be able to leave, but it isn't interactable and there's no door on the minimap.
