Voltaic Barrier + Cluster Grenade or Oil Grenade crash

was testing out voltaic barrier and every time i tried cluster grenade or oil grenade my game would crash. I was launching four grenade projectiles for each skill and they would crash shortly after passing the barrier.

Cluster Grenade lvl 17+5, multishot 2, short fuse 2, deliberation, cooldown recovery 2. 4 total projectiles.

Oil Grenade lvl 15+5, potent exposure, persistent ground 2, ignite 2. 4 total projectiles.
