Keep displaying 200% delirium after finishing main quest

I keep displaying 200% delirium in the bar.
However, it feels displaying error in new area because I dont feel the difficulty.
I tried the starting area of the deli, it is exactly 200% difficulty, it makes me hard to get all the mastery point.
I have tried entering simularium , beating the deli final boss. But it does not work, it is still 200%. And becuase of the 200% deli, I can travel around the simularium without geting 100 (coz I am 200 XD). I will stop playing deli until it is fixed.
