Fracturing Orbs Dropping Outside of Cleansed Areas

Fracturing Orbs seem to be dropping outside of cleansed areas in certain situations.

My theory so far is that they are dropping due to the atlas tree node that gives "Summoning Circle Bosses with additional Monster Modifiers in Cleansed Areas have a 5% chance to drop a Fracturing Orb".

This has happened twice to my friend, where he dropped fracturing orbs from killing a Summoning Circle Boss inside of a Ritual, even though it wasn't in a Cleansed map.

Please fix this, since fracturing orbs being exclusive to cleansed areas is the whole point of the cleansed areas. Thank you.
