Targeting Hollow Focus Bells Still Bugged - Staggering Palm

After the last bug fix everything was working, but in one of patches last night this broke again. When you dash with staggering palm to your bells when the buff is down - it works.

When you dash with staggering palm to your bells with the buff up it "breaks" without giving you more time for your buff.

The "projectile" is hitting before the skill so its not counting.
