Rogue Exiles - Bugged, almost unkillable, not fun content

Playing as a Warrior, Smith of Kitava, Mace and Shield build, stunning and then doing huge damage, some of the Rogue Exiles are no fun to play, and I even think some of them are bugged.

If its a warrior rogue exiles, no problem.

If its a ranged like ranger, mercenary, sorceress, they constant high movement speed and dodging as soon as I get close, makes this an extremely tedious experience.

Also, as seen in this clip, the mercenary only shoots oil at me, even if Im standing still, he is not even doing any damage... He has to be bugged as well.
