Bug encountered in Ascent to Power: Trial of the Sekhemas

Hi Team,

My character has encountered the below error in the mission Ascent to Power: Trial of the Sekhema. I was first with a friend of mine who inserted the coin to open the gate and begin the test. However, I was not able to enter the gate for the ascension area. When I played alone, the map is not working for me, in the sense that I cannot interact with any thing (clicking the relic altar, the waypoint, no response), and the NPC balbala (i.e. the weirdo standing next t o the altar) does not show up in the map. And for some reason, I accidentally drop the coin to the ground and it went disappeared for no reason.

Please kindly support as I am looking forward to ascending not descending!!!!!!
