Temple Console Cannot Be Interacted With After Closing Temple

I entered the Temple and then exited/closed it.

After that:

- Temple console cannot be interacted with
- Pressing V does nothing
- Temple UI does not open
- No Temple energy is shown
- No Medallions are shown
- Relogging does not fix it
- Creating a new instance does not fix it

Character is in Endgame Atlas.

The Temple appears completely inaccessible.
