Expedition mob spawned in unreachable location

Mid expedition it stopped progressing due to a monster spawning out of bounds. Targeted skills would apply debuffs to the mob (e.g. Mana Drains hinder effect), but the mob appeared to be immune to damage, so I was forced to abandon the expedition.
