Subdued Behemoth no damage if Tempest Bell present

I first noticed this in campaign on the Isle of Kin and it's also happening in maps (Ice Cave).

Character is a Marial Artist
Tempest Bell - Elemental Armament 1, Magnified Area 2, Durability, Empty
