Azmeri spirits wont release from strongboxes

Atlas node "Pandora's Box" doesnt seem to be working

additional bugs:
- whisps that should be released from bosses or chest randomly appear on or release from other chests, that previously had none
- whisps released from chests sometimes dont move even though there is still a target for them to possess
