Rugosa Siren Fight Bugged

In maps fighting siren on rugosa and the moment the boss drops the loot the instance disconnects and kicks me back to home screen. It shows the node as attempted but has taken my waystone and loot. I have tried this node twice and the same thing has happened. Playing on Xbox
