Quest Bugged - Cannot complete campaign

I am quest bugged and cannot progress further in campaign.

Quest: Recruit the Maraketh

Issue is, the quest object is interacted with, but the doorway isnt clickable, no NPC nearby to talk with. Attached are images.

I think what happened is I started the "cutscene" but ran away because I was chasing a moth, which sent me way off screen, when I returned, the NPC was de-spawned, and the door to next zone not available, I think thats what caused the incomplete quest state.

Character: iPlayAstroCombat
League: Current League

Didnt work:
• New/Reset Zone.
• Log out / Exit game.


Please fix my quest state, I really dont wanna re level a character.
