Twisted Domain unable to leave after killing Xesht

Killed Xesht but when trying to portal out it says "return to map device" above the portal, clicking does nothing. Cant click the checkpoints. Tried swapping characters and relogging. Now when opening portal they are unable to be clicked on and I am stuck in the Twisted Domain. Been in it for over 10 minutes now without being able to leave.
