Quest - Recruit the Maraketh broken< please help

After opening Quimah Reservoir entrance - died by monsters in location. Now NPC is gone, quest unproceedable, door untargetable. Cant proceed with quest Recruit the Maraketh, due to location not allowing to go to Quimah Reservoir.
Location respawn, town respawn, doing other quests - didnt help.
Door is open, unlike before quest, but not spotlighted.
No other interactions helped.
Please fix, or someone please tell if ya seen same - how to proceed

If possible for GGG devs/supports to just reset quest for me = please do it, atm last campaign quest, cant get to atlas due to glitch.
Would gladly start quest again rather than lvling new character
