[Bug Report ID: #1064273704] Weapon skill slots shown doubled when sharing weapon sets

If the player has enabled weapon set sharing (so that the same weapon is applied in both weapon sets I and II), then the first time the player changes weapon sets after entering an instance or changing equipment, a second copy of the weapon's skill will be inserted in the skill list.
